The trust of the therapy room isn't optional. Here's what protects it on our side.
Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, from the moment a session starts to the moment a note is saved.
Audio isn't kept
Session audio is processed to produce the note draft and is deleted once that draft is generated. The note is the only artifact retained.
No training on client data
Session content and notes are used to provide the service to your practice. They are not used to train general-purpose AI models.
Access control
Notes are scoped to your account. Team members in a group practice see only what their role is granted access to.
Business Associate Agreement
A signed BAA is available on request for any practice that needs one to meet its HIPAA obligations.
No bot on the call
The app runs locally on your own device. Nothing joins the meeting as a visible participant, and there's no separate service dialing into the session.
