Privacy Policy
This is a plain-language summary of how we handle data. It is not a substitute for the full legal agreement provided when you sign up.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, practice name) and the session audio you choose to capture. Audio is processed to generate a note draft and is not stored once that draft is produced.
What we don't do
We don't sell client data, and we don't use session content to train general-purpose AI models. Notes and account data are used only to provide the service to you.
Client consent
You are responsible for obtaining any consent your state or licensing board requires before recording a session. We provide consent language you can adapt, but the practice relationship is yours to manage.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See the Security page for details on our infrastructure and compliance posture.
Your rights
You can export or delete your notes and account data at any time. Contact us and we'll process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
Business Associate Agreement
A signed BAA is available on request for practices that need one under HIPAA.
