Platform
Nine pieces, and what each one is for.
Three groups: what turns a session into a finished document, what the assistant does with everything once it's in, and what makes the answers useful and the data protected.
Group 01
Documentation
What turns a session into a finished document. Three ways into the same place.
Live
Scribe
Listens during the session and hands back a structured note.
Explore →NewDictation
Narrate the session after it ends. The client is never recorded.
Explore →NewDictate Anywhere
One key turns speech into text wherever the cursor already is.
Explore →LiveNote templates
SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or a template built from your own format.
Explore →Group 02
Ask anything
What the assistant does with everything once it's in.
Group 03
What makes it yours
What makes the answers useful, and what keeps the data protected. The least visible group, and the one everything else depends on.
Reading them together
What stands out once you look at all nine at once.
- Client context is the part that's hardest to see and hardest to copy.It doesn't show up in a feature comparison and nobody searches for it. It's the one piece a competitor can't rebuild in a quarter, because it's made of accumulated use, not code.
- Dictate Anywhere is the retention driver.Everything else in Documentation needs a client in front of you. This one gets used all day regardless, and daily use is what keeps a tool from being uninstalled.
- Evidence carries a different kind of risk than the rest. It's the only feature where a wrong answer can shape an actual clinical decision, which is why the source and date next to every response isn't decoration. It's the safety mechanism.
- PHI Guard is the differentiator that needs its own name.Every competitor says "HIPAA compliant." Almost none explain, specifically, what happens to a client's data before it reaches a model. That specificity is the actual argument.
