Billing questions
How does billing work?
The Starter plan is billed per user, either monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is paid upfront and works out to a 20% saving over paying month to month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and you won't be billed again. Yearly plans run through the paid term.
Is a BAA included?
A signed Business Associate Agreement is available on request on both the free trial and the Starter plan, at no extra cost.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You can keep using the free trial's features for 7 days with no card required. After that, continuing requires moving to the Starter plan.
Is there a limit on sessions per month?
No. Sessions and transcriptions are unlimited on both the trial and the Starter plan.
